Before the break last night

In my excitement I didn't post the hands that got me from 32k to 46k:

1) I have A8 spades (on the button, I believe), aggressive player raises it to 2200 in mid/late position, I call. Flop comes with two spades and an Ace, he bets again (~4k), I push. He tanks, asking me if I'll show if he folds, etc, etc. He lays it down, tells me he had Kings.

2) We have 5 hands to go before we break for the night, I have Aces and raise, a French guy re-raises me to about 4k, I push, he folds.

Hand number two could have gone differently, I probably should have called the re-raise and then bet the flop.

Still waiting for details on the table today - there are some fairly big names left, I'm hoping not to run into too many of them.
