‎In the big blind with QsTc, I called a bet from early position.

Flop comes with three ‎spades, including the ace.  He bets, I called.

Turn is a blank, check check.

River is a spade.

I bet, he shoves, I call. He's got the king, GG Greg.

So the streak ends at two.

Good trip - anytime you can have a series and break even or profit, it's a good series.

22k at the break.

‎Not much to report hand wise, chipping up in a few spots, making some good laydowns. 

Playing a little looser than I normally do - i'm calling and seeing flops a little wider today. A few reasons:

 1) it's fun

 2) I'm trying to work on making good laydowns and extracting more from big hands - you can only do that by seeing flops; and

 3) I don't want to make it to the dinner break with 3 big blinds. I either want a big stack and run deep, or bust out and take Shaun out for his birthday to a Brazilian steakhouse.

One caller, then somebody else shoves for 4100. I call, initial caller folds.

My hand is good, sitting on 20k (started ‎with 15k)

Busto in 15th spot.

‎A5 <9T when a ten hit the river...

Good for $3600 - not bad for a "meh, I'm tired" tourney...

So I'm slightly ahead on the trip, which, I believe, means I can come back...

Considering I played this tourney because I wanted a cheap one I wouldn't feel badly about busting early, making the final 18 out of 1750 runners is pretty good...
